About Tabitha

Hi! My name is Tabitha and I'd describe myself as nurturing, patient, and creative. I have a genuine passion for working with children and love watching them flourish. I began working with children as a babysitter and tutor throughout high school and college. I then earned my degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. I've been working as an educator for the past 5 years. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the beach, reading, singing, and spending time with family and friends. I'm also a big Disney fan! Some of my strengths include supporting child development through play, prioritizing children's safety and well-being, and bringing patience, warmth, and reliability to every family I work with. I love reading with children, playing games, and creating enriching experiences beyond the home. This can include trips to the park, library, aquarium, zoo, or other child-friendly outings that encourage curiosity, learning, and joy.
