About Tabitha

My background includes working closely with students with learning disabilities, dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning needs. I have specialized training in dyslexia and use research-based, individualized strategies to help students strengthen foundational academic skills while developing confidence and independence. As a tutor, I believe that every student can learn when instruction is tailored to their individual learning style and needs. I focus on identifying areas of difficulty, building on strengths, and providing patient, encouraging instruction in a supportive environment. Whether a student needs help catching up academically, strengthening reading or math skills, developing strategies for dyslexia or a learning disability, or simply gaining confidence in the classroom, my goal is to help each student learn, grow, and succeed.
