I started working as a caregiver when I was 12: kids, special needs, pets and grandparents... I've always had a gift for figuring out what a specific client needs to thrive, whatever that may look like for them. When I returned to caregiving, I worked for agencies for 3 years, building skills and gaining specialized training alongside working with a multitude of clients, with different needs. I went independent a year ago, because the agencies never seem to prioritize people over numbers. People are my priority. I bring a mix of empathy and managerial experience with me into every home I enter, not to "change things," but to create space for my clients to find peace, joy, and comfort in their later years.

Tabitha cared for my Mother In Law for several years. She was kind and caring and treated Marion like her own family. Marion had dementia omong other health issues and was end of life. Tabitha would sing songs with her and read stories and help her with her daily exercise. She was reliable and communicative. We I'd like to say we couldn't have asked for a better caregiver....but we literally told the agency she worked for that she was the only one we would accept from them. I would hire her again in a second
