My career in caring began in 1994 as a STNA in a nursing home, followed by home health care while beginning and training for a career in EMS. I spent 15yrs working on an ambulance before a career ending injury. After returning to and finishing school I worked in the Crisis field caring for youth and families involved in crisis, until an opportunity presented itself and I stepped inside the Emergency Room. After several years of caring for others inside the ER I have decided that it was time to slow down and go back to providing individual care in the homes of those who require assistance.
