With a graduate degree in Healthcare Service and more than three years of care management experience, I provide comprehensive care, including respite, live-in assistance, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, I'm also experienced in dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history.
