Hello! I hope this reaches you well! I am a second-year student at ODU working towards a teaching degree. I've worked with a plethora of kids in preparation for such a position - I spent the past 6 months teaching remotely and have had the privilege of working with over 500 students. I am also one of 5 and have spent many years shouldering responsibilities with my parents in the form of childcare, housework, errands, and other odd-end jobs. I have a passion for teaching and caring for those who need it - hence my aspiration to teach abroad; I'd like to work with refugee children in Turkey and hope to spread peace and joy in their lives. My experience working with children has taught me a lot - but most importantly, how to appreciate the little joys of life.
