More than 5 years in senior care have taught me the profound value of compassion. My passion lies in supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, and I'm driven by the positive impact I can make in their lives. I'm a patient, friendly, and empathetic caregiver experienced in live-in home care, home health, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also provide dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and support for physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections. I have some graduate school education and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
