Szuszika was the light at the end of the nanny search tunnel! In the first minute of our initial phone interview, I knew she would be a great addition to our family and she quickly proved my gut reaction was right. She has extensive nanny experience and great references (many of her previous clients weren't found on care.com or else she would have many other glowing reviews!) Szuszika is never sitting down and always finds something to organize, clean, or do-even without being asked. She takes amazing care of our newborn and goes out of her way to find activities to stimulate her despite being so young. She is also great with our 3 year old when he is home from school; he asked for a hug from her 30 minutes after meeting her as an example of how great she is with kids. Szuszika genuinely cares, is punctual, and takes her job very seriously. We are SO lucky to have found Szuszika and we plan to work with her for as long as possible!
