I have over 15 years of experience in the social services field, including private care, special needs instruction, community-based instruction, K-12 education, adult day programs, paraeducator roles, respite care, in-home care, and ILS/SLS services. I am familiar with Regional Centers and other local service agencies, and I have extensive experience developing and implementing goals for IEPs, IPPs, and 504 Plans. I have worked with individuals of all ages-from infants to seniors, with a wide range of special needs. My creative approach allows me to think outside the box, and I have incorporated dance movement/art therapy into my work. I am patient, nurturing, and skilled in redirection and de-escalation. My educational background is in psychology. I am based in Santa Clarita, but able to commute to the Valley. I have reliable transportation. I am a writer and a coach.
