About Syncere

Hi! My name is Syncere, and I'm an experienced childcare provider with over three years of experience working with children in daycares and before-and-after school programs. I'm currently studying Elementary Education at Texas State University, and working with kids is truly something I love and feel passionate about. I've worked with a wide range of ages and personalities, and I always do my best to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Whether we're doing crafts, playing outside, helping with homework, or just winding down after a long day, I focus on being patient, positive, and attentive to each child's needs. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I take safety seriously while still making sure kids feel free to explore, learn, and just be themselves. I'm also very comfortable helping out with routines, light meals, and keeping things organized.
