With 35 years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, working with Alzheimer's and dementia patients 20 years working with hospice I am dedicated to making a positive, lasting impact on the lives of those I serve. My approach is professional and detail-oriented, yet I prioritize creating a warm, comfortable environment for every individual. I am skilled at managing behavioral changes, de-escalating stressful situations, and adapting to unexpected daily challenges with empathy. I provide reliable support, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. I keep families informed through regular text updates, phone calls, and written daily reports.
