About Sylvia

Hello! My name is Sylvia and I am looking for occasional/part-time babysitting/tutoring/pet care jobs. I am available weekday evenings and any time on the weekends. I am an adoptive parent and was a foster parent for several years so I have diverse experience snd am trauma informed. I currently am a special education teacher in the area. I have experience working with children ages 0-18 years both professionally and informally. I've babysat or nannied for families for over 20 years. I love to work with families and to play a part in the lives of children/youth- it's why I became a teacher. I have experience with pets informally as I've owned dogs growing up, currently have a spoiled pup of my own, and have occasionally house and pet sat for the past few years for different families as well as fostering animals for the local shelters. . I am reliable, flexible, caring, and have a variety of experiences that I'd love to share with your family.
