With nearly two decades of childcare experience, I have worked with children of all ages, from newborns as young as 2 weeks to teenagers up to 16 years old, including children with special needs. - I have nurtured my passion for supporting children's growth and development since I was 15. I initially pursued a degree in elementary education but switched to early childhood edication. I have an associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Washtenaw Community College and now work as a preschool teacher. I love creating enriching environments where children can thrive, whether through imaginative play, engaging in arts and crafts, or sharing my love of music. Sylina has been truly a blessing! I had to return to work when my newborn was just two weeks old and beyond taking care of my other three children, she was amazing with my little one! It says something when your children are excited that they get to see her and when you put your newborn baby in her arms, he smiles and then peacefully falls asleep. Sylina has been so dependable and punctual, that I never feel stress about making it to work! I feel that Sylina has the ability to handle all that comes with taking care of children; the good, the bad and all the chaos :-)
