Hi families! My name is Niah, and I have over 6 years of experience working with children through coaching, substitute teaching, mentoring, and youth programs. Caring for children has never felt like a job to me, it's something I genuinely enjoy and find incredibly rewarding. I pride myself on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and free to be themselves. Whether we're doing crafts, playing outside, reading stories, working on homework, or simply talking about their day, I strive to be a positive and dependable presence in their lives. As a coach and educator, I've learned how important patience, consistency, and encouragement are in helping children grow in confidence and develop healthy routines. I understand that every child is unique, and I make it a priority to meet them where they are while fostering their creativity, independence, and emotional well-being.
