Hi! I'm an experienced caregiver with 12 years of childcare experience, working with families of all sizes and children of all ages - from newborns up. I'm comfortable managing busy household schedules and love helping kids learn, play, and grow in fun, engaging ways. I also have tons of experience sleep training. I know basic ASL and Spanish, and I love planning activities like hikes, museum trips, crafts, and reading time that make each day both active and enriching. I have a degree in Events Management and currently do freelance marketing work, so I'm very organized, communicative, and great at creating structure and routine.
