Hi! My name is Sydnie, and I'm a passionate and experienced caregiver with a degree in Educational Foundations from the University of Oregon. I've worked with children ranging from 2 weeks to 14 years old in a variety of roles-including as a kindergarten teacher, full-time nanny, and family assistant. My background in education has given me a strong understanding of child development, while my hands-on experience has taught me the importance of patience, structure, and compassion. I'm comfortable balancing daily routines, engaging children in meaningful activities, and supporting families with tasks around the home. Whether it's meal prep, school pick-ups, or helping with homework, I'm here to make life a little easier and a lot more joyful for both kids and parents.
