I'd consider myself a skilled caregiver with 7+ years of experience as a childcare provider and almost 2 years in the school system. I've always found joy in nurturing the growth and development of children and having a positive impact on a child's life. I believe in fostering a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, grow, and be themselves. I try to provide parents with regular updates on their child's day and address any issues that may arise via text or call, and communicating more in depth at drop off/pickup. I follow the parents' lead in terms of household rules and discipline. A few examples of my approach to playtime include crafts, going outside, board games and puzzles, and fun outings if parents are comfortable with it.
