About Sydney

Hi there! I'm a student at PU studying Speech-Language Pathology, beginning grad school in the fall. I have 8+ years of childcare experience caring for children from newborns to teens, including children with a variety of developmental and individual needs. I've worked in both babysitting and volunteer settings, supporting daily routines like feeding, playtime, naps, and encouraging independence. I also taught swim lessons for several summers, working with kids of all skill and confidence levels. My experience with children with disabilities has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to meet each child where they are. I'm currently looking for jobs babysitting date nights, after-school care, and recurring opportunities. I'm comfortable with transportation, cooking, outings, etc. Families describe me as reliable, attentive, and patient.
