Sydney was great with our kids, they absolutely adored her. She did a great job of taking care of them. We hired Sydney 3-4 times. The last couple times we hired her, unfortunately we had issues. She cancelled on us the night before we needed her, less than 24 hours notice and then the last time she ghosted us. She was supposed to be here at 6:15, I messaged her to ask if she was still coming and absolutely no response. So twice she bailed on us and left us panicking and scrambling to find childcare.
