About Sydney

Hello! I'm a very outgoing person who loves being surrounded by children. I'm very responsible, I don't smoke or drink. I recently graduated from SJSU with a B. S. in Human Resources and a Minor degree in Legal Studies. I'm easy to get along with and I have a lot of patience when it comes to kids and babies. I've nannied for 3 families and regularly babysit for 4 families (and still counting). The ages ranged from 6 months - 14 years old. Working with all families helped me gain insight on how to handle different types of kids and having a lot of patience. I know how to put babies to sleep, I change diapers quickly, I know when they need to be fed, and I'm always on time. With the older kids, I act like their friend to gain their respect and trust while respecting the parent's expectations. I also have special needs experience!
