Hello! My name is Sydney I am 27 years old with 10 years of experience in childcare; both in home & daycare setting. I am fully certified in early childhood education (ECE) as well as first aid & CPR certified. I absolutely love working with kids, and watching them flourish and grow!

Sydney has been an amazing part of our baby's life since the first day!! We absolutely love her and want her to always be apart of ours and our baby's life!! She is kind, sweet, encouraging, playful, attentive to baby's needs and is everything you could ask for and more!! I never have to worry about my baby when he's with her and he just absolutely adores her!!! She has helped my baby learn how to sit up on his own, reach for things and LOVE the outdoors!! If you're looking for an absolutely amazing young lady to care deeply for your baby/children as her own, this is her!! No need to look any further!! I mean this with my whole heart! I had such a hard time wanting to have someone I didn't know watch my baby and when we found her, we knew!! She is truly a gem!!! You and your babies will love her!!

Sydney has been working as our nanny since the beginning of this school year. She picks up both our 7 and 2 year old from school/daycare and has done so consistently and dependably from the beginning. She never leaves behind a mess, helps with light meals when needed, engages the kids in indoor/outdoor play and sometimes gives baths. My kids really enjoy her company as do we! She's been a great help to our family.

Has been my nanny now for a few years and I have 3 kids. Always gotten them where they needed to be when they needed to be there and my 3 year old assured me she's her best friend in the entire world . Does crafts plays with them and has never complained at the fact that me and my husband work graveyard and things are changing at the drop of a hat and never complains when the hours get earlier. She's more like my family then nanny :) would recommend her to any family with kids

I have hired her in late July. She had availability for only 2 days so i hired her as I really needed extra help. She did told me she is suppose to go on vacation around august 25th so i had it in my mind. But my son got sick before the week of august 25th so i let her know about. Since that time she didn't come. After that she was on vacation and when she came back the following week. I texted her she said she was sick. This went on for 3 weeks almost so i kept texting her she would not reply mostly unless i kept texting. So last week she told me she was pregnant that she no longer can do the job which I understand. But i just wished she was little honest cause now it seems like she was only working for extra money for the vacation once she got it she no longer needed the job so she kept telling me lies for 3weeks. I wish she would have told me at beginning so i would have kept looking for more reliable person to look after my son.

Sydney has babysat for my 2 children a number of times. My kids love her and are excited when they hear she is babysitting. 
She is always on time and communication with her is so easy.

It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Sydney. Upon meeting her I instantly knew that her warm and kind nature made her the perfect fit for my 1 year old son. Her attention and energy kept my little one safe and engaged throughout the day. Whether it be dancing to his favorite songs, exploring outside or playing with his favorite toys I knew he was always having fun. Sydney is punctual, flexible (often willing to take additional shifts on a moments notice if her schedule permitted) and had great communication. Sydney is a joy and I am confident she would be a great fit for any family!

Very trustworthy and kind. Great with children, and responsible. You wont have anything to worry about if you hire her. Would definantly recommend. 

Sydney is a very caring person, she is kind and generous almost to a fault. She has a genuine soft spot in her heart for babies and animals! She is organized and always willing to jump in and help.

Sydney loves kids!  She interacts with our daughter (reads books, plays with toys, walks and park trips, coloring, etc.) a lot!  She also has provided light meal prep for both lunches and dinners. Had a dependable car with carpooling is needed. Our daughter adores her!
