About Sydney

I have been around and caring for children for most of my life, with three years of professional childcare experience working with children of different ages. I am currently a full-time college student majoring in Psychology, and my studies have strengthened my understanding of child development, behavior, communication, and the importance of creating a positive and supportive environment for children. I genuinely love working with kids and being able to watch them learn, grow, and reach new milestones. I am patient, nurturing, dependable, and creative, and I enjoy finding ways to keep children engaged through educational activities, games, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and age-appropriate play. I am also comfortable assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, homework, and maintaining the routines and household rules established by parents. My goal is to provide reliable childcare, and become someone both parents and children can trust and feel comfortable with.
