About Sydney

I am a certified English teacher for grades 6-12, earning my Bachelor of Arts in English Secondary Education in December 2033. I've taught seventh grade ELA and currently work with 9-12th graders across general education, inclusion class, and pull-out resource settings. I have experience in providing differentiated and scaffolded instruction and in implementing accommodations and modifications in student IEPs. My passion is in helping students develop the necessary critical thinking skills needed to engage and be successful in society. I can provide instruction for general reading, writing, and grammar skills, as well as test prep for the NJSLA, NJGPA, PSAT, and SAT. I look forward to working with your student!
