About Sydney

Caring for children is more than a job for me; it's a passion ignited during a high school missions trip to Costa Rica. Witnessing the conditions some children faced sparked a desire to make a positive impact. For two years, I worked in childcare at my church, which I loved! With six years of experience caring for children aged 0-12+, I bring a patient, calm, creative, and friendly approach to childcare. I am comfortable caring for up to 10 children and enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I communicate with parents verbally at pickup and follow their preferred communication methods. I have some college experience, completed Early Child Development Coursework, and hold current First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, crafts, travel, and swimming supervision. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my skills and enthusiasm to your family.
