About Sydney

I grew up in a large family with six siblings, which gave me a natural ability to care for and support others. During my sophomore year of high school, I started babysitting on and off, gaining valuable experience in child care. In the first semester of college, I worked at an elementary school, where I had the opportunity to work with students of all grades, but I focused primarily on kindergarten and first grade. I especially enjoyed working with special needs children, providing them with the support and guidance they needed to thrive academically and socially. This experience strengthened my skills in patience, adaptability, and fostering a nurturing environment.
