About Sydney

Hi, I'm Sydney! I'm 22 and a junior. I've spent nearly 3 years as a lead teacher and in an administrative support role, caring for children ages 0-13. I've also nannied for three families-one I still work with twice a week-and I love building meaningful, lasting relationships with families. I hold STARS certification, CPR/First Aid, Safe Sleep, and Bloodborne Pathogens training, plus coursework in early childhood and elementary education. I'm confident balancing multiple ages and have cared for groups of up to 10. I enjoy play-based, hands-on learning and creating safe, nurturing environments where kids can thrive. I'm a full-time student with a few other jobs, but I'm available for part-time or occasional babysitting. I use public transportation, so I need advance notice, but I'm very reliable with planned schedules. I'd love to connect and see if we're a good fit!
