Sydney was so sweet and bubbly every interaction we had! She helped with date nights and learned the bedtime routine for our little girl. Unfortunately we had to find a different sitter, due to Sydney saying her phone died and her alarm never went off In time to watch our daughter. This was the 2nd time where a conflict occurred and we couldn't risk a 3rd. I was hesitant to give a review as I don't want to hinder any families from booking with her, however as a parent I would want to know if a sitter has mistakes like this. She was a fun and kind sitter, just not as reliable as we would've liked.
