About Sydney

I'm a friendly and approachable childcare provider with 3 years of experience. I got into care and support through a senior assisted living facility and fell in love with the job, and then worked as direct support for a special needs adult cognitively 2-4 years old. As a parent, I enjoy watching children grow and learn, and I'm excited to help other children do the same. I received my nursing assistant certification in Minnesota in 2024. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and their lead regarding household rules. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I have some college education and am comfortable caring for up to three children between the ages of 0 and 11. I'm looking forward to meeting your family and helping your children learn and grow!
