Hi I'm Sydney! I am currently an assisted stretch practitioner specializing in myofascial release, a holistic personal trainer, and a babysitter! I've been babysitting on and off for 12 years now and just love working with kids. I coached gymnastics for 3 years (ages 3-9) and youth volleyball for 8 years (ages 5-16). I also have a few years of experience working with special needs children. I love staying active and interactive with the kiddos doing things like arts and craft, reading books, going for nature walks, playing games, building forts, etc. Anything that doesn't involve staring at screens!
