About Sydney

Hello! My name is Sydney, and I have been working with children in an ABA, daycare, and sitting environment for the past two years. My background as an RBT gives me unique patience and empathy when it comes to nannying children. I am a caretaker who knows how to balance fun, creativity, and play with routine, structure, and firmness so everyone in the household achieves what they want to achieve. I am currently attending the University of Utah online to become a BCBA. Childcare, particularly work with neurodivergent children, is my deepest passion. I currently work as an RBT in the early afternoon, though I am looking to expand my workload via nannying and household support in the late afternoon. I am CPR and first-aid certified. I have my own clean and reliable transportation to take your kiddos to appointments and summer activities. I look forward to working with your family!
