My name is Sydney, and I am a dedicated caregiver and educator with over a decade of experience working with children from infancy through the teenage years. What sets me apart is my background in Educational Studies (B. S. from Kent State) combined with my current professional role as a School District Secretary and a Daycare Administrator. I bring a high level of organization, reliability, and safety to every family I work with. Whether it's managing a busy household schedule, assisting with complex homework, or planning creative summer activities, I pride myself on being a "calm in the storm" for busy parents. I have a passion for fostering a child's emotional and social growth. I am equally comfortable prepping healthy meals, managing laundry and errands, and providing safe transportation to swim lessons or dance classes.
