I have a severely special needs little brother that pushed my passion to help kids! I'm a dependable and attentive nanny with a strong focus on safety, structure, and consistency. I take pride in being nurturing while also supporting routines, boundaries, and age-appropriate development. I'm highly organized, communicative, and committed to creating a calm, positive environment for both children and families. I am very OCD so cleaning comes naturally and I can multitask if need be. I have been with the same family for over four years but have nannied full time for other families prior. I have multiple references to give as well!
