Sydney was the best nanny for my daughter! She worked with us starting when my daughter was 4 months old, and we had a great experience. She made the transition going back to work so much easier, as I knew my baby was in good hands. My daughter was happy to see her each morning, and would go to Sydney easily. Sydney stuck to our schedule, did a great job putting her down for naps, feeding, playing and even did some cleaning up around the house when the baby was sleeping. I highly recommend Sydney if you're looking for a nanny!
