About Sydney

Hi there! My name is Sydney, and I am graduating college this May with a bachelor's degree in biochemistry and a biology minor. I am very passionate about science and research, and will be starting my Masters program this fall! In high school, I tutored children ages 10-13 in their general studies and homework. I have also tutored college aged individuals in organic chemistry. I have taken every subject at the college level, and would be willing to teach just about any core subject to any age group. Apart from science, I highly enjoy reading and sports. I play guitar, but not well enough to instruct anyone else. I am a quick learner, and I can adapt to many other learning styles when instructing or explaining. My friends and family would describe me as sociable and outgoing, contrary to my nerdy interests. I like to have fun, and I try very hard to make learning fun as well. I genuinely enjoy teaching, just as I do learning. I hope you'll consider me for your tutoring needs!
