About Sydney

I started working with kids when I was 14 years old (8 years ago). I was a gymnastics coach for 5 years, coaching both boys and girls from age 1-12. I also coached the summer camp every summer, which included gymnastics lessons, crafts, science experiments, cooking, and more! This job showed me my passion for working with kids, and I began to babysit on weekends and nanny during Covid when I was unable to coach. Since then, I have been babysitting through college, and I am excited to spend more time babysitting & nannying here in NYC! Every child is different, and I love learning about each individual child that I work with so that I can tailor my care and approach to best fit the child and family's needs. In my spare time, I like to exercise and try out new recipes! Staying active and eating healthy is a passion of mine, and I make sure to take care of myself so that I can show up for children and families feeling healthy and energetic.
