About Sydney

Hi there! My name is Sydney, and I'm a recent Howard University graduate (Class of 2024). I'm currently studying full-time for the MCAT, which means I have very open and flexible availability for caregiving, tutoring, household help, or personal support roles. In addition to my academic background, I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer with hands-on experience working at Solidcore and Equinox-both in Los Angeles and in Philadelphia. These roles have given me a strong foundation in motivating clients, maintaining safe environments, managing schedules, and communicating clearly with people of all ages and backgrounds. I'm reliable, energetic, and extremely organized, and I take pride in being someone families can count on.
