About Sydney
Experience: 5 yrs
Hello! My name is Sydney, I have almost 6 years of childcare experience. Once I graduated high school I worked in an elementary school as a special education paraprofessional, which I did for two years until I switched to a daycare facility. I have been in the daycare for four years and have loved every second! I am excited to further my experience and would love to be a nanny! I'm looking forward to hearing from you! Great with the kids but unreliable. We hired her for a week. She was late 3 days, then called out sick Friday with 2 hours’ notice. Assured us she’d work Monday even after I asked if we should plan for backup care, then called out again at 5am. We had to take unpaid time off, and her Friday callout left me unable to get cash for her as we planned - she kept pressing for payment “as soon as possible” even though she knew I was busy caring for the kids and driving them to school.
