Sydney is very good with kids, my own and others I've witnessed. She is loving, nurturing, and very empathetic, especially with the big emotion kids. She is good at setting boundaries and is firm when she needs to be. She is gentle and kind and loves to teach. She also loves to have fun and has a great imagination. She seems to feel most comfortable with preschool age kids, but she does amazing with my 6 and 11 year old boys as well. I trust her with my most precious little ones and she is like part of the family. She is also good with pets.
