I wish I could give 7 stars. There is nothing that Sydney cannot do! We are so grateful to have her as a part of our family. Sydney takes initiative, found her way around our home quickly. Quickly found ways to build a relationship with my highly attached 1 year old. She remained patient as they built a relationship. She is prompt and goes above and beyond EVERYDAY! She has been teaching my 3 yr old and she is blossoming! My children are at peace when she is around. She is thoughtful and attentive to their needs. She is flexible and I feel safe and comfortable leaving her with my children! She also maintains their schedule perfectly. When she leaves, she leaves our home in better shape than she found it EVERYTIME. Absolutely no complaints. We are lucky to have her
