About Sydney

Hi Families! My name is Sydney and I am currently a 3rd year college student as a Social Work and Psychology Major. I have 8+ years of experience working with children, with specific experience working with children with disabilities. I have worked with all ages and different types of families. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have reliable transportation and can be very flexible! Families often describe me as empathetic, honest, trustworthy, respectful and responsible. Whether I'm helping with daily routines, organizing engaging activities, or supporting developmental goals, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment where every child feels valued and comfortable. My caregiving approach is rooted in kindness, patience, and open communication with both children and parents, ensuring that everyone feels heard, respected, and supported.
