About Sydney

Hello, I'm Syd! I'm 22 and have been helping my whole life. As the eldest daughter of four, I took it upon myself to save the world. Along the way, I became a fierce advocate and learned to adapt to whatever role needed empathy or research. For four years, I worked as a nanny/contract sitter with families and children with developmental and behavioral needs, including autism, ADHD, ODD, Down syndrome, speech delays, and PTSD. Summer was spent pet sitting and helping a groomer. Back home, mom friends passed me around whenever someone needed an extra hand. I loved feeling connected to my community. After moving for college, I became a caregiver in a lockdown Alzheimer's/dementia unit, working all three shifts for a year. I completed my CNA course this January and have six months of hands-on experience. I'm not yet CNA-certified, but I'm actively studying. I'm here to help my new community. What can I do for you?
