Sydney is amazing! She took awesome care of our girls. She’s very patient and great at hands on playing. She is so warm and friendly kids warm up to her right away. Sydney watched our girls at daycare, during the early months of the pandemic as a nanny, and also ongoing as a babysitter. With her teaching background she is always looking for opportunities to focus on growth and development but keeps everything fun and age appropriate. When daycares closed I worried about my girls losing the structure and routines they had at daycare. Sydney was amazing at making sure they kept up routines and weren’t losing any part of their learning development by doing things they would do in daycare - for example working on letter sounds. She was such an instrumental part of the family during that stressful time, knowing we didn’t have to worry about the girls being taken care of and supported while we worked. She’s always been mature, reliable and a good communicator.
