About Sydney

Nurturing young minds is a true passion of mine. I have worked as a Registered Behavior Technician for two years now and have plenty of experience caring for kiddos that have special needs. I find joy in supporting families and making a positive impact on children's lives. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I communicate with parents regularly via text or phone call, and I always follow their preferred communication method. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I am comfortable caring for multiple children at a time. My skills include First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm happy to help with cooking and meal preparation, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I am eager to bring my enthusiasm and skills to your family!
