About Sydney

Learning is a journey, and I'm passionate about guiding students along the way. With two years of experience, I believe every student has unique potential. My focus is on building confidence and fostering a love for learning. I actively listen to students and observe their initial interactions with new material. I vary my teaching strategies, connecting challenging topics to real-world examples. Communication is essential for understanding student needs, and I provide regular updates. The most rewarding aspect is seeing a student's confidence grow. I am comfortable tutoring math, english, science, and art at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. I am a junior in college and can tutor at your home, online, the library, a community center, or a coffee shop. I also have CPR training and First Aid.
