My name is Ms Sydney, I've been in childcare for about 4 years now. I am CPR/First Aid certified. I have experience in licensed childcare facilities as well as Montessori schooling. I have experience with newborn- 18 months & toddlers two's & threes. I also have about 4-5 years of baby sitting experience for various age groups. In 2020 I was a nanny for a 3-month-old with whom I helped learn baby SL, helped her learn to crawl/walk, helped her transition from liquids to solids, & helped her transition from 3 to 1 nap schedule & for her ready to be sent to day care in May 2021. In May 2021 I nannied for a 1y/o whom I helped get on a napping routine, daily learning activities schedule to encourage learning/growth, she knows all her number & abc's, & all her body parts in both English & Spanish! & I also helped her begin her potty training process. Over all I love working with children & believe it is so important that they are properly cared for & nurtured.

Sydney was great with our baby! She helped him get used to sleeping in his crib, did tummy time with him, and played with him every day. She was gentle, caring, and easy to work with. We really appreciated her help and would recommend her to other families
