About Sydney

Hello! My name is Sydney. I have worked in the childcare industry for over 10 years. I currently work full time as a nanny, and will be transitioning from my current nanny family in July. I have been a professional career nanny since 2020. Before becoming a full time career nanny, I had a background in teaching in preschool and daycare settings. It has always been a passion of mine working with kids and making a difference in their lives. I enjoy taking a Montessori approach in working with children and using positive discipline to create emotionally intelligent children. I want the children in my care to feel safe, loved and important. Some requirements I am looking for in my future position are guaranteed full time hours and legal pay with a W2. My rate can be negotiable based on the number of children and duties, but my rates are starting at $26/hr. Thank you so much for your time!
