About Sydney

I worked in an ABA therapy center (for children with autism and similar cognitive impairments) and an assisted living facility simultaneously for 6 months when I lived in LaCrosse. I learned a lot about caring for people of all ages and abilities. I am currently in the Wisconsin Army National Guard as a heavy equipment sergeant. (I get to dig in the dirt with life sized tonka toys, this is where I get all my street credit with the boys I babysit!) I started working with kids when I was still a child myself, my mom has done in-home daycare since before I was born and I've grown up around many children of all ages. In my spare time, I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I help out in the children's center on Sunday mornings at my church, I love to hunt, run, hike, and read! One thing you should know about me is that I will love your kiddos as if they are my own, I value manners and respect as well as independence and kindness.
