Sydney is smart, professional, with an incredible sense of detail. My favorite thing about Sydney was her ability to anticipate needs of the family before being asked. She is tender and kind with a keen sense of authority. She engages with the entire family and is a strong role model. A surprise bonus for us was knowing her way around the kitchen and filling the needs of parents and children alike!! A good cook and tidy cleanup is always a bonus. I have not been able to find a suitable replacement since relocating to LA. Yes, I would rehire her.
