In addition to having 18 years of experience nannying children of all ages, I am also a Registered Dietitian and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with extensive experience in women's health and early feeding. I enjoy crafts, sports, and being silly; however, I also take my role in your family's life seriously and am more than willing to help with tasks such as homework, errands, and light housework, if need be. My goal is to be a natural extension of the families I work with, and I pride myself on developing long-term relationships with them! We have been really lucky to have Sydney in our lives for the last 3 years and are sad that we are moving on due to job relocation. Whoever gets to work with Sydney next will be lucky and blessed! Sydney is THE BEST! Sydney is professional, reliable and great with communication. She is creative and initiated discussions with us about how to best support and encourage development for our daughter. Sydney quickly became a trusted partner and provided much more than typical child care. Sydney helped our daughter with schoolwork and academic instruction both in in-person and remote school formats. Sydney always provided a safe, consistent and enriching environment for our daughter while maintaining appropriate boundaries. We are so grateful for our time with Sydney - she had such a positive impact on our daughter's development. We will miss Sydney greatly - do not pass her up!
