About Sydney

Welcome!! My name is Sydney and I am currently a development specialist and absolutely adore working with kids. Since I was little I wanted to work with kids and began teaching swim lessons and Sunday school at my church when I was 13 years old. I did receive my Bachelors in Social Work from NAU in May of 2024 and started working in child development afterwards! I love to watch children learn and grow and provide opportunities for them to explore their imagination and creativity while also honoring routines and guidance from parents. I believe in supporting your kids learning by doing activities, going on adventures, reading, involving them in tasks, and marinating a safe space where they can thrive! I also grew up with and love pets so having pets is never an issue for me! Or if you are looking for pet care I would love to treat your pet as you would and give endless snuggles! I would be honored to be a part of your care team!
